FAQs Embroidery
What is digitizing and is it necessary when ordering custom embroidery? Digitizing is the process of reformatting a custom piece of artwork or logo to make it compatible with our embroidery machines. The finished embroidered product will only be as good as the artist that digitized the logo.
What is the standard turnaround time for embroidered garments? The standard turnaround time is five to seven business days if the item is local. The turnaround time can be longer if you are in need of special apparel that has to be shipped from afar. Give us a call and we’d be happy to give you an estimated completion date.
Is the price of embroidery affected by the number of colors in the design like screen printing? Unlike screen printing, the number of colors does not affect the price for embroidery. Price is affected by two factors: 1) The number of stitches that are being sewn in the logo. 2) The quantity of polo shirts, or other items that you are plan on ordering.
What is the minimum order? Our minimum order is six pieces for embroidery.
Do you only embroidery on professional shirts and polos? We embroider on a large variety of items. Some of the items we have embroidered in the past include: book bags, golf shirts, towels, work pants, uniforms, reflective vests, as well as the usual collared shirt.
