First Step:  EDUCATION. We have provided detailed of steps and information on our website that can help you learn our techniques and processes when it comes to screen printing. Take some time, browse the website, screen printing techniques, products and services. Then send us a message with how we can help complete your project.

ESTIMATE

Don’t be afraid to send us an email with plenty of details. Trust us, we can handle it. The more details you have, the more accurate we can make your estimate. We can accept quotes over the phone or online. If you’re looking for a fast turn-around, your best bet is to submit the information here.

Regardless of the way you submit it, we will respond quickly via email. We typically send quotes the same day as they are received.  However, complex estimates that might call for a hard-to-find item can take up to 24 hours.

CONFIRM/DEPOSIT

Once you receive your quote and everything looks good, reply to our email or call us with the thumbs up.  We require a 50% deposit to begin all custom screen printing orders.  Rush orders may require payment in full to meet the specified deadline.

ARTWORK

Need some assistance with the artwork?  We’ve got you covered. Our team of professionals can create and separate your artwork in preparation for screen printing for a small fee. Some complex designs may require further tweaking and separation by our team to ensure you get the best quality product possible.

PROOF

The final step before we put your job into production is the virtual proof (link to virtual proof).  Our virtual proof is the link between the customer and production team to ensure all aspects of your project have proper placement, correct colors and quality assuredness. All projects require an approved proof before moving to production.  Even after the virtual proof, we there are a few time-consuming steps left on our end, so timely proof approvals will expedite your order. Delays in approval can cause delays in production time.

PRODUCTION

And finally, Production! This is our favorite part and what we know you will find unparalleled to any other screen printer. We take a few extra steps most companies don’t to assure that your items are the highest quality and as quickly as possible! PAY & SHIP

Once the order is complete we will prepare the final invoice with the remaining balance. The final invoice will include the actual quantity that is being shipped. Once the balance is paid the order will be released for shipment or local pickup.

RECEIVE ORDER

Our branded boxes will arrive sealed in our very own packaging tape. Now all you have to do is sit back, enjoy your shirts and be the hero. We are passionate about our printing process and are confident that you will experience that with each order!
